Returns and exchange

You may exchange or return any product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Installed or wired products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If a manufacturing defect exists we cover shipping and replacement in full.
Warranty starts from the delivery date and follows the period shown on each product page.
To report an issue, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo.
